美國Neuro Probe公司專業(yè)提供先進(jìn)的高品質(zhì)的用于趨化實驗的耗材（Transwell），更好地服務(wù)于藥篩和基礎(chǔ)實驗研究領(lǐng)域。公司成立于20世紀(jì)60年代末期，自70年代中期，公司著重開發(fā)研究細(xì)胞活性實驗相關(guān)的耗材，從**代用于趨化實驗的Boyden Chamer（單孔小室）到48微孔板的趨化小室，再到今天的ChemTx System他們始終與科學(xué)實驗的步伐保持一致，追求**，不斷地開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品以滿足多樣化的實驗需求。目前，Neuro Probe已擁有一套完善的產(chǎn)品體系：
一、Neuro Probe ChemoTx Disposable Chemotaxis System
1、ChemoTx system用于細(xì)胞遷移實驗的一次性產(chǎn)品，采用96孔板的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形式，可以與目前的熒光酶標(biāo)儀，和自動化分液器兼容使用。該系統(tǒng)包括趨化實驗所用的所有組成：微孔板（1）；膜濾器（1）；蓋子（1）。微孔板的小孔容量范圍30ul-300ul。膜濾器的膜固定在板的外圍邊框上作為支撐，便于操作，膜濾器的每個測試位點有防水罩保護，限制了懸浮細(xì)胞移動到測試位點，這種設(shè)計不但對上、下兩層小室中的細(xì)胞起了很好的隔離效果，并且減少了小室內(nèi)水分的蒸發(fā)，和氣泡的產(chǎn)生。

2、Reusable Chambers（可重復(fù)使用的小室） Neuro Probe
96-well microplate chamber （MB-series） Neuro Probe
可重復(fù)利用的MB系列趨化小室產(chǎn)品可以用于趨化實驗，腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲實驗及細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞的相互作用的研究。設(shè)計上也是采用96微孔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板，可與自動工作站兼容，并且下室采用可以移動的方式，很方便非貼壁的細(xì)胞實驗。同時，MB系列可以兼容其它系列的趨化板，也適合貼壁細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)。造型上MB系列的板是上下兩塊板通過螺絲可以緊密連接在一起，上面的板子是96孔板的上室，下部板是一個大的凹槽支撐著微孔板形成下室。濾膜被放置在微孔板上，可以對微孔板進(jìn)行熒光檢測，細(xì)胞密度檢測和流式檢測來統(tǒng)計遷移細(xì)胞的的數(shù)量。
